We’ve worked hard this year to bring a variety of family friendly activities to the Expo. From painting your first miniature to a huge selection of boardgames and tabletop intros, there’s something for kids, grandkids and parents too!

Each year the Expo runs smoothly thanks to the hard work of a small group of volunteers, now’s your chance to join us and be a part of Bedford’s premiere Tabletop Event!

From RC Car Racing to scratchbuilding to participation wargaming to TTRPG intros to painting workshops and so much more. The Bedford Tabletop Expo is a place to explore new hobbies, experience new things and fill your weekend.
open play gaming
Thanks to Dungeons, Dragons & Boardgames Bedford we have an extensive boardgame library available this year. Alongside wargaming tables and space for hobby of all kinds.
Panels & workshops
As if the ongoing activities and participation gaming wasn’t enough over the weekend, Bedford Tabletop Expo also features panels and workshops from experts in the hobby. These have limited seats and availability so book early!
Unique traders/minimal resellers
A variety of traders with a range of products on hand. We’ve endeavoured to ensure that you’re not browsing the same items over and over with a zoned layout that will help you find those perfect miniatures, missing paints or specific rulebook.
Bring and buy / tabletop exchange
Our Bring and Buy is back this year along with the opportunity to clear out your garage or loft with the Hobby Hive Tabletop Exchange. Got nothing to trade? Keep your eyes open for a bargain and you never know what you’ll find!
venue, parking & refreshments
Onsite parking remains free for the weekend and the burger van will see a return this year. Alongside improved offerings of snacks, drinks and food inside the venue so that you can stay energised while you try out all those activities!

We take pride in working as closely as possible with small businesses and independent creators. Whether they’re authors, game designers, sculptors, painters or anything else, they will always be front and centre in our trader lineup.
